Diesel Catalytic Converter

DEFERRY®'s Diesel catalytic converters are available for various sizes and configurations. Converter’s housing are made of high grade 304/409 stainless steel. Inlets and outlets are available with flanged connections, as well as straight tubes.

The heart of the converter is our flow-through honeycomb substrate that is coated with a high surface area, precious metal-based oxidation catalyst coating, suitable for varieties of diesel applications especially medium and heavy duty diesel vehicles.

Characteristics:

The good oxidation of HC,CO enable the low ignition temperature of dissolved organic matter (SOF), high conversion efficiency, meanwhile suppressing the generation of sulfates.

DEFERRY®'s Diesel catalytic converters Mainly divided into two series：

1）. POC( Particle Oxidation Catalyst) / DPF support: To provide the oxidation temperature of the particulate matter with the help of Regeneration;

2）.SCR support : The oxidation reaction of NO to NO2, improve the conversion efficiency of NOx
